Return Policy- 1. Any product returns must occur within 30 days of purchase. 2. Poducts must be returned unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. 3. All order returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% "restocking" fee. Fee is determined using the total price of the products purchased, and does not include shipping and handling charges. 4. A Return Authorization number (RAN) is needed for any and all returns. Any products returned without this number will not be accepted. The RAN must be clearly printed on the outside of the return package. Contact Grover Gear to acquire an RAN. 5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept COD deliveries. Shipping charges are not refundable. 6. Please include your order number, billing information, and shipping information with the return. 7. Certain products that Grover Gear offers are custom orders and are individually made to customer specifications. These products cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
